Shipping

All of our pieces are handmade to order. They're sent as soon as they're finished, sometimes the same day, but during busy periods it may take longer. We always ensure your order ships within seven business days. Once on the way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Outside P.R or U.S ?

Some pieces travel farther than others. If one of our pieces catches your attention, we’d love to hear from you. International orders are arranged individually to ensure the best shipping option and cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

To begin a return, please email us at 7947concept@gmail.com. Once your return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

• Discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at 7947concept@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
