Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects related to the craftsmanship of your piece.

This includes:

• Broken solder joints

• Weak points or separations in areas where the piece was joined or formed during production

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or surface marks caused by use

• Natural changes in the appearance of metals over time

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or improper care

• Bending, impact, dropping, or accidental damage

• Lost or stolen pieces

Warranty Requests

If your piece experiences an issue covered under warranty, please contact us at 7947concept@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the piece. We will review the issue and determine the best solution.

Repairs outside of warranty coverage may be available for an additional fee depending on the condition of the piece.
